- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very helpful receptionist lady! On Saturday 7th October, I phoned the reception to get a prescription re-printed as it was lost. And this lovely lady, who was working on her own, dealt with my problem very efficiently and arranged a new prescription for me and even got it faxed to the local pharmacy. I can not thank you enough and I can not even write her name on public website, but I hope the surgery management will read this 10/10 review and identify the lady who was on duty on the above mentioned date and reward her.
